Architectural Design Services for a property located at the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue and Druid Road in the City of Clearwater. The Assisted Living community program consists of 85units/99beds with integrated Memory Care, 4 story in height being approximately 71,800 ft2 total building size. The new community has a central amenity space on the 2nd through 4th floors for Assisted and a dedicated northern wing for Memory Care on the ground floor. The building is planned to have a connected porte cochere on the northwest side with possibly additional amenities spaces along the northeastern corner. Located on the 4th floor will be a Sky Bar overlooking the neighborhood towards the bay and beaches.
