The University Village Residential buildings includes Public Areas, Common Areas and 23 Residential Unit Types for the Independent Living Units (IL), which accounts for 184,543 SF covered in this proposal. The total area of the building is approximately 623,043 SF for entire interior project, which encompasses 490 residential units. The Project is comprised of West and East Buildings, which includes of reception lobbies/living rooms for each, communal dining rooms/bistro, several amenity spaces, and their related common areas, multi-purpose and support functions including administration offices.
