Renovation for a 52 Unit AL + Day Care conversion within three separate buildings on a religious campus. Project consisted of programming, and concept design; including parking calculations, code review and life safety drawings.

Renovation for a 28 Unit AL conversion within two separate buildings. Project consisted of new interiors, with new community kitchens, bathrooms and amenities/common areas. Re-License of Assisted Living from Nursing Facility.

Wellington Elder Care

Wellington, Florida

Renovation for all new ADA/ general use bathrooms and some interior common areas. Coordination with the lending agencies and FHA/HUD with budgets and specifications and permit drawings. Project was phased construction the two separate buildings within the Assisted Living community.
